Helping raise money for your local Hospice!
How much money do you need to pay for the care?
Our annual running costs for the Children's Hospice 2009-2010 are £1.3 million, and last year only £273,050 came from statutory sources. The remainder we will need to raise from voluntary donations.
How do we raise the money?
Regular mailings to supporters, donations in lieu of flowers, supporter groups, fundraising events, store collections, trading, payroll giving, Grants from Trusts, Legacies and our weekly Big Fish Lottery.
We rely greatly on our regular supporters and fundraising groups to help the Fundraising team meet their target each year.
